We had a record turn-out of citizens at this week’s City Council meeting and even more importantly, a record number of speakers. KSAT12 Television mentioned that they had been assigned the wrong story because they should have been covering CASE and the Outer Loop instead of the river fee issue.

Our weekly meeting is Thursday night, March 27th at 5:30pm – Faith United Church at the corner of Common St. and Loop 337. This will be the final meeting before the Outer Loop Town Hall meeting at the Civic Center at 6:30 on Wednesday April 2nd. We will be discussing meeting format, question wording and presentation strategies in order to get the most benefit and information from the Town Hall meeting.

Also, tomorrow (Thursday) morning is Commissioner’s Court 8:15am. This is the last opportunity to speak in front of the Commissioners before April 2nd.

Please continue to distribute flyers (attached) to spread the word about the Outer Loop and our grassroots efforts to promote smart expansion options.
